Job summary

AEG's CMN division seeks an IT Support Specialist to deliver day-to-day technical support for staff in Mac and Windows environments. You will be the first point of contact for issues, diagnosing hardware and software problems and coordinating resolutions on-site or remotely.

The role covers onboarding, license management in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook, plus monitoring Windows Servers, Hyper-V, Synology NAS, and office devices.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; higher degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of IT support experience.
• Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware & software on Mac, PC, iPhone, and Microsoft 365 apps.
• Experience supporting printers, mobile devices, conferencing tech, and office peripherals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support for CMN staff, on-site and remotely.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and device issues.
• Serve as first contact for technology support requests and escalate complex issues.
• Create user accounts and manage deactivation across platforms.
• Assist with deployment and configuration of laptops, desktops, monitors, and mobile devices.
• Support Microsoft 365 admin tasks and apps (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook).
• Assist with Windows Server, Hyper-V, and NAS monitoring; escalate as needed.
• Support Cisco Spam Filter, Kandji enrollment, endpoint security, and QuickBooks access.
