Job summary

Latitude AI in Pittsburgh seeks an Enterprise Support specialist to provide Tier I/II IT desktop support, imaging, deployment, and onboarding/offboarding for end users. The role covers MacOS, Ubuntu Linux, G-Suite, Zoom, Slack, and collaboration tools, with a focus on customer service excellence.

This 12-month contract role includes imaging, provisioning assets, and overseeing tech ops tasks across distributed teams, with opportunities to support events and deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; an Associate's degree with 2 years of experience or a HS diploma with 4 years of experience is acceptable.
• 2+ years of IT desktop support experience for Apple MacOS and Ubuntu Linux.
• Proven strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Strong familiarity with G-Suite, Zoom, Slack and other collaboration platforms.
• Experience with automated desktop deployments using modern configuration management systems.
• Advanced understanding of wired and wireless networking concepts and basic troubleshooting steps.
• JIRA, JAMF, Entra, Zoom and Splunk experience is desirable.
• Extensive knowledge of computer hardware.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and multitask in a changing priority environment.
• Ability to collaborate across geographically distributed teams.
• Demonstrated resourcefulness and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in fast-paced support roles.
• IP networking and subnetting knowledge.
• Basic networking knowledge and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier I and Tier II IT desktop support services.
• Assist with ticket queue management and incident resolution.
• Device refresh deployment and migration support.
• Zoom Room refresh execution.
• SID server build and deployment support.
• Studio and All Hands event support coverage.
• User onboarding and offboarding support.
• General TechOps operational support.
• Additional duties may be assigned.
