Job summary

Latitude AI is seeking an Enterprise Support specialist to join a fast-paced tech team focused on G‑Suite, MacOS, Linux, iOS, Windows, and collaboration platforms. This 12-month contract role requires imaging, deploying, provisioning assets, and delivering customer service excellence.

You will provide Tier I and II IT desktop support for Apple MacOS and Ubuntu Linux, manage ticket queues, assist with deployments, and support events and onboarding across distributed teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or equivalent with relevant IT support experience.
• Experience supporting MacOS and Linux environments.
• Familiar with G-Suite, Zoom, Slack and ticketing tools.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and multi-task in changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier I and II IT desktop support.
• Assist with ticket queue management and incident resolution.
• Device refresh deployment and migration support.
• Zoom Room refresh execution and event support coverage.
• Studio and All Hands event support coverage.
• User onboarding and off boarding support.
• General TechOps operational support.
