Artech Information Systems LLC is seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager to expand our staffing and workforce solutions across the Pacific Northwest, reporting to the Bellevue, WA location. We are looking for a true hunter who opens doors, builds executive relationships, wins new logos, and turns client relationships into long-term, high-value partnerships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Development / Staffing Sales experience in IT staffing.
• Proven track record winning new clients and growing staffing revenue.
• Established relationships with enterprise clients preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and win new enterprise and mid-market accounts across the Pacific Northwest.
• Build relationships with CIOs, CTOs, VPs, Talent Acquisition leaders, Procurement, HR, and hiring managers.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution and growth.
• Develop and execute a strategic plan to expand Artech's footprint across the region.
• Build a healthy pipeline and deliver against revenue and new-client acquisition goals.
• Identify opportunities to expand relationships across departments, locations, skill sets, and service lines.
• Partner with recruiting, delivery, and operations teams to ensure client success.
• Stay connected to regional hiring trends, competitive activity, and client workforce needs.
