Job summary

PAHO, the Pan American Health Organization, in Washington, DC, seeks an experienced IT professional to design, integrate, and continuously improve enterprise business systems. You will contribute to PMIS, develop interfaces, dashboards, and analytics, and collaborate with business owners, vendors, and IT teams across the Americas.

The role requires seven years of progressive IT experience, strong systems analysis and solution design capabilities, and a solid understanding of the software

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, systems engineering or related field.
• 7 years of progressively responsible IT experience in enterprise business processes and IT services.
• Strong analysis, design, development, and documentation skills.
• Experience with ERP platforms and modern development technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and deploy IT solutions and integrations.
• Assess business needs and recommend solution architectures.
• Provide technical support for PMIS and related systems.
• Develop interfaces, reports, KPIs, dashboards, and analytics solutions.
• Collaborate with business owners, vendors, and IT teams.
