Job summary

Pan American Health Organization Inc is seeking a Business Solutions Specialist to design, deploy, and optimize enterprise IT solutions and integrations in Washington, D.C. You will work with functional areas and external providers to deliver scalable systems and analytics.

You will lead the development of interfaces, dashboards, and reports, supporting PMIS and Workday security, while collaborating with vendors and IT teams to ensure cost-effective, compliant solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
• Seven years of combined enterprise IT experience in designing and supporting business systems.
• Very good knowledge of English or Spanish with working knowledge of the other language.
• Experience with ERP platforms such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and deploy IT solutions and integrations.
• Assess business needs and recommend architectures aligned with enterprise principles.
• Provide PMIS technical support and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop interfaces, dashboards, and analytics while supporting Workday security.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure secure and compliant technology implementations.
