Job summary

Pan American Sanitary Bureau (PASB) seeks a Business Solutions Specialist to design, deploy, and optimize enterprise IT solutions across the Americas. You will contribute to PMIS enhancements, work with vendors, and support analytics, dashboards, and reporting.

Requires seven years of experience in enterprise IT services, plus a bachelor's degree in a related field. English or Spanish with working knowledge of the other language is required; knowledge of French/Portuguese is an asset.

Qualifications

Seven years of combined national and international experience in enterprise business processes and IT services.
Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
English or Spanish with working knowledge of the other language; French/Portuguese assets.
Experience with ERP platforms such as Workday, SAP, Oracle or similar.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, configure, and deploy IT solutions and integrations.
Analyze business needs and propose solution architectures.
Provide PMIS technical support and translate requirements into solutions.
Develop interfaces, dashboards, and analytics while supporting Workday security.
Lead cross-functional collaboration with owners, vendors, and IT teams for successful implementations.
Review proposals, identify risks, and promote best practices and innovation.
