• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and written communication.
• Thrives in a hybrid model (Waltham office / remote).

Responsibilities

• Sales enablement: research products, request pricing, help write quotes/SOWs, and schedule demos.
• CRM & Logistics Management: maintain CRM records, track orders, ensure deal tracking across pipeline.
• Vendor & Operational Support: liaison with top tech vendors, manage partner deliverables and requests.
• Technology Upskilling: build familiarity with HPC, networking, data protection, and life sciences IT trends.
