Job summary
Cambridge Computer, a leader in data storage, cyber resilience, HPC, and AI, is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager to serve enterprise accounts across academia, research institutions, and Fortune 500s. You will act as commercial conductor, prospecting, and managing multi‑vendor engagements.
The role emphasizes ownership, strategic presentations to CIOs/CTOs, and a high‑trust, quota-based commission model with uncapped upside. Remote/hybrid field environment with global procurement access.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of quota-carrying outside enterprise sales.
- Proven ability to build accounts from scratch to $500k–$1M+ gross margin.
- Strong IT knowledge in data storage, networking, HPC, AI/ML.
- Bachelor's degree (STEM preferred) or equivalent experience.
- US work authorization for full-time employment.
Responsibilities
- Full lifecycle account development to grow new and existing enterprise relationships.
- Conduct fiduciary solution selling with pre-sales teams to tailor multi‑vendor solutions.
- Navigate vendor partnerships and advocate for the client's best interests.
- Maintain immaculate CRM records and manage multi-line quotes and proposals.
- Deliver executive presentations to CIOs/CTOs and procurement leaders.
