Responsibilities

• Assist Relationship Sales Managers with daily sales tasks including quotes, proposals, and statements of work to maximize profit.
• Communicate with vendors and clients; coordinate online meetings, demonstrations, and conferences.
• Manage sales and order logistics; upsell products and maintain CRM data.
• Collaborate on client solutions; research hardware/software/services, build deliverables, and participate in meetings/demos.
• Understand and manage vendor relationships and solution stacks; stay informed on trends in IT infrastructure.
