Job summary

Lahlouh, Inc. seeks an experienced IT Manager to lead day-to-day IT operations at our Blue Ash, OH office. You will manage a small team, coordinate IT projects, support employees, and work with vendors to ensure reliable technology across the organization.

The right candidate combines strong technical skills with leadership, governance, and clear communication to drive IT initiatives, maintain documentation, and ensure security/compliance. Travel to CA may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT support, systems administration, or related role.
• 2+ years leading IT staff or teams.
• Strong hands-on experience with Windows environments and Microsoft 365.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues while managing projects, vendors, and operations.
• Experience supporting IT compliance activities and audits.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel to San Leandro, CA as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day IT operations and support internal staff and external resources.
• Coach and develop IT personnel, including workload management and performance.
• Troubleshoot escalated issues personally when needed.
• Diagnose and resolve issues with Windows workstations, MS 365, networks, and printers.
• Oversee onsite deployments, network/server room work, and infrastructure tasks.
• Manage help desk operations and ticket prioritization.
• Coordinate IT projects from planning to completion with stakeholders.
• Support IT-related compliance activities and audits.
• Manage vendors, purchasing, licensing, and budget tracking.
• Maintain IT documentation and asset inventories.
