Job summary

Truist in the United States is seeking an experienced technology operations professional to monitor, coordinate, and support restoration activities for enterprise services. You will serve as a central point of coordination during incidents, major events, and service degradations, applying governance, monitoring, and cross‑functional collaboration to minimize business impact.

Responsibilities include leading incident response, designing and maintaining runbooks, and driving continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in technology operations.
• Advanced understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, security, compliance, and risk management.
• Proven track record in technology governance, strategic planning, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Delivers technology operations for assigned systems or services, meeting targets for performance, availability, reliability, and security.
• Owns and executes defined processes, develops standards, runbooks, and governance to reduce risk and improve day-to-day operations.
• Leads components of larger initiatives, plans, designs, and implements technical solutions and operational improvements.
