Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years in technology operations or similar.
• Strong IT infrastructure, cloud, security, and risk understanding.
• Proven governance, strategic planning, and operational excellence.
• Experience with Java ecosystem and patching in mixed OS environments.
• Automation scripting and enterprise patching/vulnerability tools knowledge.
• Familiar with DevSecOps and CI/CD pipelines (GitLab).

Responsibilities

• Delivers technology operations for assigned systems to meet performance and security targets.
• Owns processes, standards, runbooks, and governance patterns to reduce risk.
• Leads components of initiatives, plans, designs, and implements solutions.
• Analyzes tools and processes; adoption of automation and optimization strategies.
• Provides technical guidance and coaching to teammates during reviews and troubleshooting.
• Translates requirements into actionable implementation plans for products and services.
• Collaborates with vendors and teams to satisfy architecture expectations.
• Monitors metrics and logs to identify issues and drive improvements.
• Acts as technical liaison with vendors and partners on designs and integrations.
• Performs incident response for mid-to-high priority issues and coordinates root cause fixes.
• Contributes to incident management and disaster recovery procedures.
