Job summary

Leadout Capital seeks a hands-on Technical Architect to lead complex Enterprise integrations across Slack and Salesforce, translating customer needs into scalable, production-grade solutions. You’ll own architecture from design through implementation and partner with delivery managers, solution designers, and customer teams to ensure secure, maintainable deployments.

You will design Slack-to-Salesforce integrations, extend Slack capabilities, and lead workshops to align feasibility and scope.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of technical architecture, integration engineering, or hands-on technical consulting experience, preferably in SaaS or professional services.
• Hands-on experience building integrations and custom solutions on collaboration, workflow, or CRM platforms.
• Strong working knowledge of Slack (Workflow Builder, admin APIs, Slack AI, Slackbot/custom apps) and Salesforce core clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) and/or Agentforce.
• REST, webhooks, and event-driven architectures; middleware patterns (e.g., MuleSoft).
• Coding/scripting in JavaScript/Node, Apex, Python to build, test, and troubleshoot integrations and configurations.
• Excellent communication to translate technical decisions to customer stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Collaborative mindset with Delivery Managers, Solution Designers, and customers to reach shared solutions.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Delivery Methodology and a curiosity to share reusable patterns.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical architecture and hands-on build for Enterprise engagements, translating designs into working implementations.
• Design and build Slack-Salesforce integrations and third-party system connections via APIs and middleware.
• Configure Slack capabilities (Workflow Builder, Slack AI, admin APIs, custom apps) to meet customer needs.
• Lead technical workshops and deep-dives with customer teams; guide trade-off decisions.
• Produce architecture diagrams, integration specs, and deployment documentation for long-term maintainability.
• Ensure solutions follow security, governance, and scalability best practices across platforms.
