Job summary

Samsara is hiring a senior Enterprise Services leader to drive multi-site, high-touch deployments for enterprise customers. You’ll own executive relationships, coordinate across Sales, Solutions Engineering, Support, and Customer Success, and ensure successful renewals and expansions while mentoring a growing team.

With 4+ years leading services teams, you’ll guide complex implementations and champion process improvements, coupling customer value with scalable delivery and a growth mindset.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience managing a services team with complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deployments.
• Experience implementing Enterprise (medium/high touch) accounts or account management programs.
• Strong work ethic, prioritization, and high emotional intelligence.
• Experience with executive stakeholder relationships on high-value accounts.
• Experience with a customer success CRM such as Gainsight and/or PSA tool.
• Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution.

Responsibilities

• Manage team performance and deliver results across KPIs and OKRs.
• Own executive-level stakeholder relationships and escalation resolution.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Support, and Customer Success.
• Coach consultants through complex, multi-site technical implementations.
• Identify and implement process-improvement opportunities.
• Lead by example with hands-on involvement and accountability.
• Hire, develop and lead an inclusive, high-performing team.
