Job summary

Versique is seeking a Director of Enterprise Solutions Delivery to lead large-scale customer onboarding and implementation programs for cloud-based business management solutions. You will drive on-time, within-scope deployments for strategic clients and build scalable delivery frameworks.

This role oversees a team of implementation professionals, partners with sales, product, engineering, and customer success, and focuses on delivery excellence, customer outcomes, and long-term satisfaction.

• Strong project governance, risk management, and execution capabilities.
• Ability to balance competing priorities while maintaining delivery commitments.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team responsible for enterprise software implementations and customer onboarding initiatives.
• Oversee the successful delivery of complex implementation programs, ensuring alignment with customer requirements, contractual obligations, and project milestones.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, manage escalations, and drive resolution of critical implementation issues.
• Evaluate project scoping and implementation plans to ensure realistic delivery timelines and resource requirements.
• Develop, document, and maintain implementation methodologies, governance processes, and delivery playbooks.
• Manage resource planning, capacity forecasting, and workload balancing across multiple concurrent projects.
• Drive process optimization initiatives through automation, technology enablement, and workflow improvements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify implementation challenges, improve product adoption, and support future platform enhancements.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting frameworks to measure project success, operational effectiveness, and team performance.
• Champion continuous improvement efforts that enhance scalability, efficiency, and customer outcomes.
