Job summary

eMed LLC. in Miami, FL is seeking an Implementation Manager to lead end-to-end onboarding for enterprise clients joining our GLP-1 Population Health Program. You will guide contracts from signature through go-live, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless launch and long-term client success.

You will manage timelines, stakeholders, data requirements, provide training, and mitigate risks while maintaining a professional, client-first approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in client implementation, project management, or account management roles.
• Experience in digital health, healthcare services, benefits, or population health is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a client-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational contact for new enterprise clients from post-contract signature through go-live.
• Lead the full implementation lifecycle: kickoff, planning, milestones, status reporting, issue resolution, go-live readiness.
• Collaborate with Sales, Clinical, Product, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Experience to align timelines and responsibilities.
• Gather and manage client-specific requirements: eligibility formats, data feeds, branding, communications, reporting needs.
• Guide client stakeholders through onboarding activities and technical transitions.
• Facilitate training sessions for client teams on program operations and dashboards.
• Develop and maintain detailed implementation plans, timelines, and documentation.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth launches.
• Maintain a positive, professional, and solution-oriented client experience throughout onboarding.
