Job summary

Kahuna is seeking an Enterprise Implementation Specialist to own multi-site SaaS deployments from kickoff to go-live. You will lead project planning, design, data integration, testing, and go-live support, working closely with customers, Product, and Engineering to ensure successful outcomes.

In this role, you will leverage AI-assisted tooling to accelerate documentation and risk tracking and will partner with Customer Success to ensure smooth handoff post go-live, driving value realization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading enterprise SaaS implementations, complex technology deployments, or large-scale onboarding programs.
• Proven ability to own and deliver multi-site, multi-stakeholder implementations with competing priorities, dependencies, and timelines.
• Experience serving as the primary execution owner or project manager for customer-facing delivery initiatives.
• Strong understanding of enterprise organizational structures and how workforce, learning, or operational systems are deployed and governed.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise integrations and data flows (HRIS, LMS, ERP) using APIs, SSO, and file-based transfers.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale, multi-site enterprise implementations as the primary owner for execution and outcomes during onboarding.
• Own project planning including scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risk across complex environments.
• Coordinate customer-side stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, decision-making, and accountability.
• Drive governance with structured status reviews and executive-level visibility as needed.
• Maintain documentation, agendas, follow-up notes, project plans and decision logs; use AI tools to accelerate reporting and risk tracking.
• Identify and escalate delivery risks, scope changes, and dependencies to keep implementations on track.
• Apply Kahuna’s implementation methodology, templates, and governance to drive high-quality delivery.
• Lead solution design activities translating customer requirements into scalable configurations.
• Facilitate design workshops on workflows, data models, integrations, and deployment approach.
• Author and maintain Solution Design Documents and ensure alignment with scope.
• Collaborate with CSM to ensure long-term adoption and goals are met.
• Participate in Solution Design Board for governance and QA.
• Own and lead all integration activities with enterprise systems (HRIS, LMS, ERP) including SSO and API-based integrations.
• Coordinate with technical stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery within scope.
• Define data import/export and validate data accuracy prior to go-live.
• Identify and manage integration risks and blockers, escalating as needed.
• Manage testing and deployment activities including UAT planning and defect resolution.
• Define go-live readiness criteria and coordinate cross-team resources for production deployment.
• Transition customers to Customer Success ownership post go-live.
• Champion change management with onboarding-focused strategies and training plans.
