Job summary

Kahuna, a leader in skills management software, seeks an Enterprise Implementation Specialist to own complex, multi-site deployments from kickoff to go-live. You will coordinate customer and internal teams, drive governance, and ensure delivery within scope and schedule while aligning with long-term adoption strategies.

You will partner with a CSM post go-live to sustain outcomes, manage integrations, and leverage AI-assisted tools to streamline documentation and status reporting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading enterprise SaaS implementations.
• Proven ability to own multi-site customer onboarding and delivery.
• Strong written and verbal communication with technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale, multi-site enterprise implementations.
• Manage scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risks.
• Coordinate customer and internal stakeholders; ensure on-schedule delivery.
• Drive governance, status reviews, and executive visibility.
• Collaborate with CSM for post go-live adoption and outcomes.
• Own solution design, data migrations, and integrations planning.
• Utilize AI tools to accelerate documentation and reporting.
