Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical implementation or related roles within B2B SaaS.
• Experience leading complex software deployments from discovery to production.
• Strong APIs and integrations understanding.
• Excellent communication with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple implementations concurrently.
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end implementation lifecycle from discovery to deployment.
• Lead multiple concurrent customer implementations with quality and timelines.
• Configure solutions to align with customer workflows.
• Manage technical integrations with third-party systems.
• Coordinate deployments across teams or locations.
• Serve as the primary technical contact during onboarding.
• Translate requirements into actionable specs and plans.
• Lead training and deployment readiness reviews.
• Troubleshoot issues during and after launch.
• Partner with Customer Success for adoption and performance.
• Communicate milestones, risks, and recommendations.
• Develop testing strategies and QA processes.
• Develop implementation playbooks and documentation.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Balance customer needs with scalable configurations.
