Job summary

Leica Biosystems is seeking a Senior Strategic Account Executive to lead our largest and most strategic healthcare customers and drive enterprise revenue growth. You will engage C-suite leaders, shape long-term customer strategy, and coordinate cross-functional teams to execute multi-year growth initiatives across IDNs, academic centers, and national healthcare organizations.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Strategic & Corporate Accounts, this role requires deep healthcare market insight,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required with 10+ years of progressive healthcare sales, strategic account management, or related enterprise healthcare experience.
Proven ability to influence C-suite executives and senior enterprise decision makers.
Experience leading complex enterprise opportunities with executive sponsorship and cross-functional execution.
Strong healthcare business acumen, including health system economics and enterprise purchasing dynamics.

Responsibilities

Own enterprise growth strategy and revenue expansion across major healthcare organizations.
Develop and execute multi-year growth strategies including enterprise partnerships and large-scale initiatives.
Lead complex enterprise pursuits such as enterprise agreements and system-wide opportunities.
Build trusted relationships with C-suite leaders to influence strategy and commercial outcomes.
Mobilize senior leaders and cross-functional resources to accelerate initiatives and improve win rates.
Serve as a model for enterprise account strategy and executive engagement.
