ADP is hiring a Sales Representative: Major Accounts, Core. ADP Major Accounts supports mid-to-large organizations by delivering scalable HCM solutions across payroll, HR, benefits, time, analytics, and more.

You will manage the full sales cycle, selling ADP's suite to executives and forecasting your pipeline in a designated territory. If you're motivated, consultative, and excited about uncapped earnings, this is your opportunity.

Qualifications

• Quota-carrying outside B2B sales experience (preferred in HCM, Technology, Business Development, Software)
• Proven success in consultative selling and new business prospecting
• Ability to manage a defined territory and forecast pipeline
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Resilience and perseverance in a competitive environment
• Familiarity with sales tech and data insights is a plus

Responsibilities

• Own a defined, protected territory and execute a top-down sales strategy to win new clients.
• Drive the full sales cycle—prospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, and closing.
• Build a network and capture new business by targeting decision-makers and business owners.
• Engage with multi-channel prospecting and secure qualified appointments.
• Collaborate with internal ADP partners to cross-sell and expand within current accounts.
• Represent ADP with professionalism and integrity to improve employee experience.
