ADP Major Accounts is hiring a Sales Representative to sell human resources technology within a designated territory. You will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and engage executives on HCM initiatives for mid-to-large clients.

Success comes from consultative selling, leveraging ADP's 40+ products, and building long-term partnerships with clients across multi-location organizations.

Responsibilities

• Own a defined territory and execute a top-down sales strategy to win new clients.
• Drive the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, closing.
• Implement a strategy targeted to decision-makers to build a network and capture new business.
• Use multi-channel prospecting to engage decision-makers and secure qualified appointments.
• Collaborate with internal ADP partners to cross-sell and expand within current accounts.
• Engage with warm leads from marketing, channel partners, and existing ADP relationships.
• Represent ADP with professionalism and solutions that improve employee experience.
