Job summary

Paychex is seeking an experienced enterprise sales professional to hunt and close net-new business across defined territories. You’ll manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, building value in a broad portfolio including PEO, HR Solutions, and more.

You’ll engage senior economic buyers, manage a pipeline, and drive high-impact deals in a structured GTM environment. Expect strong earning potential and career growth with a leading HCM platform.

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in relevant professional sales.
• 5 years of experience in the HCM industry.
• Experience carrying a sales quota.
• Proven ability to engage economic buyers at the C-level.

Responsibilities

• Hunt and close net-new enterprise business with 100–5,000+ employees.
• Run full-cycle sales from prospecting to discovery, demo, and close.
• Build high-value solution bundles across the One Paychex Portfolio.
• Partner with Solutions Engineers, RevOps, and channel ecosystem.
• Own your pipeline with forecasting and deal control through close.
