Job summary

Paychex seeks an experienced Enterprise Sales professional to drive new business in defined US territories. You will engage executive buyers, manage full-cycle sales from prospecting to close, and craft bundled Paychex solutions including PEO, HR, and payroll services.

Collaborate with Solutions Engineers, RevOps, and broker partners to accelerate deals, own your pipeline with disciplined forecasting, and benefit from an uncapped commission plan.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience.
• Proven ability to engage executive buyers at the C-level.
• Experience selling to organizations with 100+ employees.
• Strong accountability and ownership of results.

Responsibilities

• Hunt and close net-new enterprise business in defined territories.
• Manage full-cycle sales from prospecting to close.
• Build bundled Paychex solutions across PEO, HR, and payroll services.
• Collaborate with Solutions Engineers, RevOps, and broker network to accelerate deals.
• Own pipeline with disciplined forecasting and deal control.
