Job summary

Paychex is seeking an experienced enterprise sales professional to drive new logos in a structured, territory-driven environment. You will prospect, engage, and close deals with 100+ employee organizations, delivering against a rigorous sales process and leveraging the full Paychex portfolio.

You will collaborate with Solutions Engineers, RevOps, and a broad channel network to accelerate growth, while maintaining accountability for pipeline and forecast accuracy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience.
• Ability to engage economic buyers at the C-level.
• Experience selling into organizations with 100+ employees.
• High accountability, resilience, and ownership of results.

Responsibilities

• Hunt and close net-new enterprise business with organizations 100 to 5,000+ employees across defined territories.
• Run disciplined full-cycle sales from prospecting through discovery, demo, and close.
• Build high-value solution bundles or standalone solutions across the portfolio (PEO, HR, Payroll, Benefits, etc.).
• Partner with Solutions Engineers, RevOps, and a broad channel ecosystem including broker relationships.
• Own your pipeline with forecasting and deal control through the close.
