Job summary

Paychex is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales professional to drive new business with organizations from 100 to 5,000+ employees. You will own the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to closing, building bundled Paychex solutions and leveraging broker relationships within a structured GTM framework.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of quota-carrying sales, proven C-level engagement, and a track record of hitting high-value, strategic deals while managing an active territory and forecast

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional sales in relevant fields.
• Experience engaging economic buyers at the executive level.
• Demonstrated success selling to large organizations with 100+ employees.

Responsibilities

• Hunt and close net-new enterprise business with organizations 100 to 5,000+ employees across defined territories.
• Run disciplined full-cycle sales from executive-level prospecting through multi-stakeholder discovery, demo, and close.
• Build high-value solution bundles or standalone solutions across the One Paychex Portfolio and earn accelerators on every module.
• Partner with Solutions Engineers, RevOps, and broker relationships to expand your professional network and close deals.
• Own your pipeline with rigorous forecasting, front-end prospecting, and deal control through the close.
