Job summary

Mirakl is seeking a Platform Advisory Team consultant to work with Sales across the Americas on enterprise deals. You’ll help shape marketplace and retail media strategies, quantify value, and drive growth initiatives.

You will partner with VP-level stakeholders, lead end-to-end transformation workstreams, and collaborate across Sales, Customer Success, Solution Engineering, Marketing and Revenue Ops. Expect a high-visibility, impact-driven role with AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience, ideally at a top-tier management consulting firm (MBB or Big Four), or in a strategy/operational strategy role at a retailer, brand or technology company.
• Direct experience presenting to VP-level stakeholders and above, owning that relationship.
• Curiosity about, or working knowledge of, marketplace, ecommerce and B2B commerce models.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build the business case by running workshops and analyses to assess marketplace potential.
• Own the executive room by delivering Mirakl’s recommendation to C-level prospects.
• Arm the Sales team with benchmarks, insights, and reusable value frameworks.
• Shape commercial strategy by supporting pricing and deal structure on large opportunities.
• Build leverage with AI by developing AI workflows to speed up the team.
• Carry the platform message by representing Mirakl at events and meetings.
