Job summary

Abhito Llc is seeking its first Engagement Manager for an AI-native consumer intelligence platform. You will own post-close enterprise relationships, drive account growth, and build the engagement management practice from the ground up, delivering outcomes end-to-end.

This is a high-ownership, client-facing role requiring a builder mentality and experience with senior stakeholder management. You will collaborate with brand teams to translate consumer insights into actionable strategies.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in client-facing consulting or strategy with consumer brands
• Experience: MBB/Big 4 or boutique consumer firm
• Managed teams of analysts or consultants
• Experience with VP/C-level relationships
• Translate data into business strategy, not just reporting
• Builder mindset in early-stage environment
• Comfort with product analytics tools like PostHog

Responsibilities

• Own post-close client relationship and drive account growth
• Develop case studies translating insights into brand strategy
• Monitor product usage and diagnose adoption risks
• Identify expansion opportunities within accounts
• Build the Engagement Manager (EM) practice from scratch
