Qualifikationen

• Experience at Engagement Manager / Senior Manager level at a top-tier strategy consulting firm with commercial responsibility.
• 4+ years of enterprise client-facing experience expanding customer relationships.
• Ability to engage Fortune 50/100 executives and AI leaders; startup agility.
• Strong AI fluency and comfort with a non-traditional, fast-paced sales motion.
• Based in San Francisco and able to work in person; US work authorization required.
• Bonus: an investment banking or VC background, or AI-forward selling.

• Acquire and expand enterprise and AI-lab accounts, carrying commercial responsibility

• Help build the early go-to-market playbook, from ICP definition to account penetration strategy
• Operate with high agency and ownership in a fast-moving, less-structured environment
• Drive significant commercial impact on large, fast-closing deals
