Pogo is hiring its first Engagement Manager to own client relationships from signed deal to growing partnership. You will be a trusted partner to our enterprise clients, running end-to-end research engagements and translating Pogo's AI-powered platform into insights that drive real business decisions.

This is a first-of-its-kind role, setting the standard for delivery and scale as we grow. You will own the full client lifecycle post-sale, drive engagements, and partner with GTM on renewals and

Formación

• 2-4 years of experience in management consulting or similar client-facing role.
• Bonus: experience with primary consumer research (qualitative or quantitative).
• Structured thinker who frames problems and designs research.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.
• Curious about consumers and insights as a craft.
• High ownership, organized, able to juggle multiple engagements.
• Team player with low ego.
• Fast learner and uses AI tools to improve research and outputs.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full client lifecycle post-sale: onboarding, study design, delivery, and expansion.
• Run end-to-end research engagements and configure studies in the platform.
• Debrief learnings with client executives.
• Partner with GTM on renewals and expansion to deepen relationships and grow revenue.
• Be the voice of the customer internally to shape the product roadmap.
• Build playbooks, templates, and repeatable motions to scale the client model as we grow.
