Job summary

Celonis is seeking a Client Director for Financial Services accounts to shape long-term ARR growth and executive sponsorship.

You will own the commercial relationship with C-suite leaders, expand platform footprint, and partner with Value Engineers, CVP, and Professional Services to deliver multi-year transformations across large institutions. This is a field-focused, field-facing role based in New York with a flexible hybrid model.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in enterprise SaaS sales or strategic account management.
• Experience managing accounts with $5M+ ARR.
• Deep Financial Services industry knowledge and transformation priorities.
• Proven track record growing ARR within named accounts over multi-year horizons.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial relationship across the C-suite and anchor Celonis in the customer’s long-term strategic agenda.
• Drive ARR and growth through expansions, renewals, and multi-year enterprise agreements.
• Translate adoption into commercial momentum with CVP and Value Engineering teams.
• Embed Celonis as a strategic platform within the client’s AI strategy and operations.
• Manage risks and ensure multi-threaded executive relationships with a value story.
