Job summary

Celonis is seeking a Client Director for Financial Services accounts. This senior role leads the commercial trajectory of strategically important customers, owning relationships from CEO to CFO and partnering with CVP, Value Engineering, and Professional Services to grow ARR and protect revenue across multi-year horizons.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in enterprise SaaS sales or strategic account management.
• At least 5 years managing accounts with $5M+ ARR.
• Deep industry expertise in Financial Services with credibility to engage on industry challenges.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial relationship across the C-suite, building long-term strategic partnerships.
• Drive ARR and NRR growth through expansion across units, geographies, and use cases.
• Translate adoption milestones into renewal confidence and expansion urgency with CVP and Value Engineering.
• Embed Celonis as a strategic platform within the customer's AI strategy and operations.
• Manage multi-year expansion arcs and complex deal cycles with stakeholders across teams.
