Celonis is seeking a Client Director for Financial Services to lead strategic, multi-year expansion across global accounts. You will partner with executives to drive platform adoption, expansion, and renewed commitments, embedding Celonis into the client’s AI-driven transformation.

Ideal candidates bring 12+ years in enterprise SaaS, deep Financial Services insight, and a track record of growing ARR across large institutions, with executive presence and long-cycle deal experience.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in enterprise SaaS sales or strategic account management.
• Deep industry expertise in Financial Services with credibility for CFO/COO/CIO level discussions.
• Proven ability to grow ARR within named accounts over multi-year horizons.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial relationship with C-suite sponsors.
• Drive ARR and renewal momentum through expansion across business units/geographies.
• Lead negotiations for expansions, renewals, and multi-year enterprise agreements.
• Embed Celonis as a strategic platform within the client’s AI strategy and processes.
