Job summary

Ant International in Sunnyvale seeks a US Growth & Marketing Specialist who will own demand generation, ABM, and offline campaigns to accelerate the sales cycle and expand our enterprise footprint across the United States.

You will design end-to-end campaigns, run high-touch workshops and partner roadshows, collaborate with Sales and the payments ecosystem to drive pipeline, and use Excel, SQL, and Salesforce to measure ROI and optimize investments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or strategic operations.
• Proven experience planning and executing multi-channel B2B campaigns and partner programs.
• Experience building programs from 0 to 1 in a high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and execute end-to-end multi-channel campaigns with ABM and offline experiences.
• Plan and run localized customer workshops, partner roadshows, and industry activations.
• Collaborate with Sales, BD, and payments ecosystem to expand US footprint.
• Track program performance, attribution, and pipeline velocity using Excel, SQL, and CRM systems.
