Job summary
Amazon Freight is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join the Enterprise Account Management team. You will be the primary operational partner for Amazon Freight's largest enterprise shippers, owning the customer relationship and coordinating cross-functional teams to drive resolution.
You will lead quarterly business reviews, present recovery plans during performance issues, and communicate progress with timelines and measurable targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
- Experience positioning and selling innovative solutions to new and existing customers and market segments.
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
Responsibilities
- Own the enterprise customer operational relationship across all freight modes, serving as the single threaded point of contact for accounts' operational points of contact.
- Identify systemic operational defects impacting accounts using performance dashboards and customer feedback; quantify issues in dollars, loads, and retention risk.
- Coordinate cross functional teams to resolution: gather customer insights, understand requirements, bring internal teams together, and ensure delivery.
