Qualifications

• 15 years of progressive finance experience in enterprise or public tech environments.
• 5 years leading FP&A or corporate finance at scale in a public or high-growth tech company.
• Strong track record in long-range planning, budgeting, and capital allocation.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise-wide financial planning cycle: long-range, annual, and quarterly forecasts.
• Translate strategy into analytical frameworks and actionable plans for executive decision-making.
• Serve as senior financial advisor to the C-suite with scenario analyses and capital allocation insights.
• Lead board-level presentations, earnings preparation, and investor relations support.
• Build robust financial models, KPI dashboards, and variance analyses.
• Oversee the enterprise budget process and resource allocations.
• Develop and mentor a multi-level Corporate FP&A team.
• Champion modern planning tools, automation, and AI-powered analytics.
