Job summary

Zoom is seeking a Head of Corporate FP&A to own the long-range plan, annual operating plan, and quarterly forecasts, shaping the company's financial trajectory. You will partner with the C-suite to deliver scenario analyses, capital allocation recommendations, and executive-ready financial narratives.

In this hybrid role, you will lead a multi-level FP&A team, drive board presentations and earnings prep, and champion modern planning tools to elevate strategic impact across the business.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive finance experience, including 5+ years leading FP&A or corporate finance at scale in a public or high-growth tech company.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA/CPA/CFA designation is a plus.
• Demonstrated track record of building and leading high-performing, multi-level finance teams with rigor and initiative.
• Deep expertise in long-range planning, financial modeling, and capital allocation.
