Job summary

Zoom is seeking a Head of Corporate FP&A to set the vision for our enterprise planning, owning long-range plans, annual operating plans, and quarterly forecasts. You will advise the C-suite with scenario analyses and capital allocation recommendations, leading a multi-level FP&A team and delivering board-ready financial presentations.

You will partner across functions to align financial plans with Zoom's growth strategy, build robust models and KPI dashboards, and drive the budgeting process

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive finance experience.
• 5+ years leading an FP&A or corporate finance function at scale in a public or high-growth technology company.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA, CPA, or CFA designation is a plus.
• Demonstrated track record of building and leading high-performing, multi-level finance teams with a culture of rigor, intellectual curiosity, and continuous improvement.
• Deep expertise in long-range planning, financial modeling, scenario analysis, and capital allocation, with the ability to connect financial strategy directly to business outcomes.
• Exceptional communication and executive presence, with experience influencing C-suite leaders, board members, and external stakeholders, including in earnings and investor relations contexts.
• Experience in SaaS, UCaaS, or enterprise technology at $1B+ revenue scale; prior exposure to board reporting, earnings processes, and investor relations is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with enterprise planning platforms such as Workday Adaptive Planning or Anaplan; comfort with AI-powered analytics and modern financial planning tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise-wide financial planning cycle, including the long-range plan, annual operating plan, and quarterly forecasting processes, ensuring each is tightly aligned to Zoom's strategic objectives.
• Translate financial strategy into actionable analytical frameworks, reporting structures, and tactical plans that enable clear executive decision-making across the business.
• Serve as a senior financial advisor to the C-suite, delivering scenario analyses, capital allocation recommendations, and go-to-market investment insights that inform high-stakes decisions.
• Lead board-level financial presentations, earnings preparation, and investor relations support, representing the financial health and trajectory of the business with precision and executive presence.
• Build and maintain robust financial models, KPI dashboards, and variance analysis frameworks that provide real-time visibility into business performance across all functions.
• Own the enterprise budget process end-to-end, including approval of budgets and resource allocation decisions, driving accountability across all business units.
• Direct and develop a multi-level Corporate FP&A organization, including senior managers, analysts, and business partners, maintaining a culture of intellectual curiosity, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Champion the adoption of modern planning tools, automation, and AI-powered analytics to elevate the function's strategic impact and operational efficiency.
