Job summary

Qualifications

• 15+ years progressive finance experience with 5+ years leading FP&A in tech.
• Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Economics; MBA/CPA/CFA a plus.
• Proven ability to lead multi-level finance teams with rigor.
• Expert in long-range planning, modeling, scenario analysis, and capital allocation.
• Strong executive presence and board interaction experience.
• Experience in SaaS/enterprise tech at $1B+ revenue; board reporting preferred.
• Familiar with enterprise planning platforms such as Workday Adaptive Planning or Anaplan; AI analytics a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise-wide financial planning cycle, including the long-range plan, annual operating plan, and quarterly forecasting processes.
• Translate financial strategy into actionable analytical frameworks, reporting structures, and tactical plans for executive decision-making.
• Serve as a senior financial advisor to the C-suite with scenario analyses and capital allocation recommendations.
• Lead board-level financial presentations, earnings preparation, and investor relations support.
• Build and maintain robust financial models, KPI dashboards, and variance analysis frameworks.
• Own the enterprise budget process end-to-end, including approval of budgets and resource allocation decisions.
• Direct and develop a multi-level Corporate FP&A organization across senior managers and analysts.
• Champion the adoption of modern planning tools, automation, and AI-powered analytics.
