Job summary

J.B. Hunt in Lowell, Arkansas seeks a Sales Development Manager for Corporate Flatbed to lead lead-generation activities, discuss business needs, and win new accounts. You will develop account strategies and coordinate with internal teams to implement solutions.

The role requires a High School Diploma/GED with 2–3 years in sales (North American Truckload preferred). A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, PR or Supply Chain is a plus, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 2–3 years of sales or account management experience.
• At least 1 year of North American Truckload experience.
• Willingness to travel locally with occasional overnight travel.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Admin/Management, Supply Chain Management with 2–3 years experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation using data insights and sales enablement tools to win new business.
• Meet with prospective customers to discuss opportunities and close contracts.
• Develop account strategy and growth roadmap for maintenance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to implement customer solutions.
• Set expectations during implementation and monitor KPIs and contract terms.
