Job summary

J.B. Hunt Transport in Lowell, Arkansas, seeks a Sales Development Executive to drive new business with high-profile prospects. Under general supervision, you will define opportunities, onboard new clients, and align internal teams to set the path to customer success.

You will lead lead-generation activities, meet with prospects to understand needs, coordinate with internal groups, and develop account strategies for growth after transition to inside sales.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–4 years in transportation/logistics or related field.
• Valid driver's license with clean MVR per JBH standards.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business/logistics or related field.

Responsibilities

• Utilize data insights and sales tools to generate new business leads.
• Meet with prospects to discuss opportunities, understand needs and propose solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to implement solutions and kickoff projects.
• Set expectations during implementation and monitor KPI health and terms.
• Develop account strategy for maintenance and growth after transition to internal sales.
