Formación

• 2–3 years in Sales/Account Management or equivalent, with NA Truckload experience
• Willingness to travel to local customer sites and possess a valid drivers license

Responsabilidades

• Utilize data insights and sales enablement tools to generate leads and prospect new business, including cold calling and networking
• Meet with prospective customers to discuss opportunities, understand needs, develop strategy, submit proposals, and win contracts
• Develop account strategy for maintenance and growth; map future opportunities for internal handoff after transition
• Coordinate with internal teams and customers to implement solutions, including kickoff and mutually agreeable implementation plans
• Set expectations during implementation for resources, review KPIs and revenue health, and monitor contract terms with senior support for complex accounts
