Qualifications

• Experience in the building systems install, service or sales space.
• 2 or 3 previous sales roles selling services and/or intangible offerings; K-12 sales history
• Valid driver license and acceptable driving record

Responsibilities

• Conduct calls, appointments, and in-market activity to generate opportunities.
• Develop understanding of life safety codes for NFPA 72 compliance testing.
• Utilize data to drive time management, calls, quotes, and bookings.
• Maintain CRM records and manage pipeline effectively.
• Present to management and clients with clear verbal and written communication.
• Track active construction projects to attach services before completion
