Job summary

Portage Ventures GP Inc. is seeking a seasoned B2B marketing leader to drive enterprise and public sector engagement. You will craft account-based programs, secure high‑level speaking slots, and host targeted events that convert presence into pipeline.

You will work closely with Enterprise and Public Sales, Brand, Product Marketing, and Strategy. Fluency in English is required; Dutch/French is a strong plus. This hybrid, international role offers exposure to global clients and strategic partners.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in B2B field marketing, event or account-based marketing, or community building.
• Experience with senior HR or C-level audiences is a plus.
• Native or near-native Dutch and/or French and fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Pick our battles: map target accounts and build a prioritized yearly plan.
• Open the right rooms: secure speaking slots in HR think tanks and organize intimate events.
• Turn presence into pipeline: collaborate with Enterprise and Public Sales to convert conversations into qualified leads.
• Measure what works: track initiatives and reallocate budget based on results.
