Job summary
Blue Cross North Carolina is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to lead end-to-end requirements elaboration and functional design for enterprise-wide needs. You will translate business requirements into technical designs, collaborate with business clients and technology partners, and ensure quality and timely delivery across multiple projects.
Ideal candidates bring 8+ years of experience, Trizetto Facets enrollment/billing knowledge, and strong payer systems expertise.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree is required.
- 8+ years of experience in the related field (or 10+ years in lieu of a degree).
- Trizetto Facets enrollment, billing and/or claims are required.
- Strong knowledge with payer systems and enrollment functions, processing and automation.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate the design, construction, deployment, and maintenance of complex technical solutions.
- Elaborate business requirements into enterprise functional designs.
- Conduct systems analysis to validate designs and ensure traceability across artifacts.
- Prioritize requirements and manage scope across projects and releases.
- Provide consultancy to business partners on technology applicability for requirements.
