Job summary

Blue Cross NC is seeking a senior systems analyst to lead the design, mapping, and deployment of complex health IT solutions across enterprise systems. You will translate business requirements into functional designs and collaborate with business partners to balance ROI in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required).
• 8+ years of experience in related field.
• In lieu of degree, 10+ years of experience in related field.
• Trizetto Facets enrollment, billing and /or claims required.
• Strong knowledge with payer systems and enrollment functions, processing and automation.

Responsibilities

• Designs and validates complex health IT solutions through design documents and data mapping management.
• Translates business requirements into functional designs and system function points.
• Performs systems analysis to validate designs and ensure end-to-end traceability.
• Assesses risks, scope, and impacts across enterprise systems and multiple releases.
• Mentors junior staff and coordinates cross-team activities to implement solutions.
