Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree required; alternatively 10+ years of related experience.
• Experience with Trizetto Facets enrollment, billing and/or claims.
• Strong knowledge of payer enrollment processes and data flows.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, construction, deployment, and maintenance of complex technical solutions with alignment to ROI and timelines.
• Translate enterprise business requirements into functional designs and system specifications.
• Conduct systems analysis and ensure end-to-end traceability of designs and impacts.
• Prioritize requirements through negotiation and phased delivery while managing scope.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate cross-team activities across portfolios.
