Qualifications

• 5+ years in enterprise or solutions architecture with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience with AI tooling to build solutions and improve efficiency.
• Fluency across the Salesforce platform or an adjacent technology.
• Proven delivery-focused track record in complex programs.
• BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or MIS.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture across one or two domains (Platform Advantage, Emerging Tech, Data & AI, or Governance & Trust).
• Collaborate with pre- and post-sale teams to map business problems to capabilities.
• Resolve platform-fit ambiguity for customers with conflicting recommendations.
• Ensure architecture work lands through clear execution and stakeholder alignment.
• Route ambiguity to the appropriate domain to maintain momentum.
