Job summary

Arize AI, a remote-first company with offices in New York and the San Francisco Bay Area, seeks an Enterprise Expansion Account Executive to own expansion and renewal sales within existing customers. You’ll work with AI engineers, data scientists, and platform teams to unlock more value and deepen investments, targeting VP and C-suite stakeholders.

The role emphasizes multi-year account planning, pipeline growth, and cross-functional collaboration to drive revenue and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
• Proven track record of expansion and upsell within Enterprise accounts.
• Ability to build executive relationships with VP/C-suite level.
• Experience developing multi-year account plans and pipeline.
• Strong collaboration across teams and cross-functional alignment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• History selling with product-led strategies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own expansion and renewal sales cycle across book of business.
• Identify and develop new growth opportunities across accounts.
• Build executive relationships to drive pipeline growth.
• Define account strategies with Solutions Managers to drive velocity.
• Articulate Arize's value to technical and business stakeholders.
• Forecast accurately using pipeline metrics and CRM data.
• Maintain Salesforce hygiene and account intelligence.
• Travel as needed for on-site customer engagements.
